Refund policy

There are no refunds or exchanges . If item is damaged during delivery, please contact the delivery courier. All boxes are insured.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We strive for customer satisfaction. If for some reason, y there is an issue with your product please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a gift certificate toward a future purchase. No refunds for weather related delivery issues, items not stored properly, or delivery/shipping issues that are out of our control.
